The landscape was so different than any we had ever seen -- simuntaneously barren and alive. |
We went to see the Poulnabrone Dolmen at sunset.
This turned out to be a wise move.
The ancient tomb is usually mobbed with tourists, but we visited it alone. |
Lemanagh Castle, which we happened to see on the drive back to our bed and breakfast. |
